Roasted Garlic

Ingredients

  • 4-12 bulbs of garlic

  • salt

  • olive oil

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cut the top one-third off of the pointy end of each head of garlic. Place the heads on a large piece of aluminum foil, root end down. Drizzle and sprinkle liberally with olive oil and salt. Tightly wrap the garlic in the foil. Roast for 80 minutes. Let cool in the parcel for ten minutes. Open. Squeeze out the cloves. Enjoy.
